Please note. I am working up until the end of March 2023 then I shall be taking 2 months off to visit parents & take some time out to practice sitting with Grief. Back massaging in Sept 2023. Heads up, I shall not be working during the year 2024 returning in 2025 giving myself a year to honor the loss of my son Ysra-el.
I charge for my time & knowledge depending on what you can afford.
A complete session ranges from an hour, an hour and a half to two hours.
It is more than ‘just’ a massage. It’s therapeutic and Healing.
Unless you’ve something major going on, my sessions can last for 4-6 weeks.
During this time, the body has an opportunity to process, digest, release the issues in the tissues, & HEAL, in preparation for me dropping down another layer.

I work up to 3 sessions a day, for 3 days, this allows me to keep it fresh, & interesting.

Deep Tissue / Therapeutic Massage
I work with massage as a way of nurturing through touch. This has far reaching physical, emotional and psychological benefits.

Reflexology accesses these nerve endings which are linked to every organ and system of the body. Through manipulation I work to help to unblock the flow of energy in organs and re-balance entire systems.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy, that can assist in the body’s recovery from certain diseases and illnesses.
It is particularly useful for stress related conditions as it helps to discharge the negative effects of stress and stimulate the body’s own healing.
