I have been working with authentic movement and dance since 2009, qualifying as a 5Rhythms Waves teacher in Oct 2014. I am currently studying the HeartBeat Map of the 5Rhythms.
Since 1995, I have been working as a masseuse and reflexologist.
I bring the 5Rhythms to the Earthsong Camps yearly, (where musicians on camp take the 5Rhythms to another level), plus to the Family Constellations yearly camps in Blessington where I work with electronic sounds, & silence. I have also brought the 5Rhythms to Body & Soul and Electric Picnic, Cork, Clare, Dublin & Paris.
My home base is in Greystones with a bi-monthly class in the Greystones Studios on Sundays,
at the LATER TIME 1 – 3PM. Starting back time and dates to be confirmed once number restrictions are lifted.
I live in beautiful Greystones, & I am the proud mother to four amazing sons.
I went along to the 5 Rhythms weekend not really knowing what to expect – I thought it was going to be just a great time dancing – and it was but it was also much more – it was very physical but that didn’t mean we weren’t able to go at our own pace, with space to rest – it was also a freeing journey of self discovery.
A beautiful experience of bonding and I missed all the participants as soon as I left and still do. The workshop was powerful but at the same time gentle and safe and I am still finding nuggets of gold within me that are letting me know who I am and what I should be doing.
