5Rhythms 5 On It 1-9

5Rhythms Mini Waves, a track each exploring Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.

Accessed via Soundcloud. They are offering 30 days free for you to sample, then I think it’s between €11-€15 a month to hear uninterupted tracks with no adverts. Well worth it for this current time, plus it honours the artists.

It is in the PRACTICE of the 5Rhythms that I have come to know it as a safe container to ' Let Go and be Myself. ' Through movement, breath and dance, whatever condition I may be in, shift happens.' I am able to shape, feel, witness and validate all that is me, without judgement in this 'space'. I can drop into the playground of my body, re-arrange the furniture & delight in my new surroundings, with creative possibilities for the next wave... The 5Rhythms has been the biggest catalytic change in my life. It works!
