Mind the Gap

This is an opportunity to rest, recover, mind our own business, get our houses in order, and bodies in better shape, focussing more on the inside. Come together as a family. Garden, home cooking, play games, switch off devices, make new connections with ourselves and families, meditate, massage ourselves or each other, make love, be creative, write letters to be posted, be grateful, laugh, cry, share stories, write poetry, clear out the clutter, keep it simple, make our own things, do those things that have been on the long finger, eg the attic, the gutters, the drains, go out and walk in nature, read books, listen to stories and more.

Don’t forget to keep it real, & DANCE.
